Shanelle Marr-Jacques is an Assistant Property Manager at Kollosche, supporting the Property Management team across a range of tenant and landlord services.

Detail-oriented, honest, and approachable, Shanelle handles routine inspections, application processing, open homes, and tenant handovers. She is committed to delivering exceptional service that reflects Kollosche’s high standards.

Shanelle brings valuable experience from previous roles in administration, reception, and leasing across real estate agencies. Her exposure to varied functions – from concierge support to BDM assistance – has equipped her with hands-on knowledge she now applies daily. Prior to real estate, she honed her customer service skills working in hospitality.

She holds a Certificate II in Retail Supervision and a Digital Media Certificate and has always gravitated toward roles that combine structure and creativity. Her passion for interior design and architecture naturally led her to pursue a career in real estate.

Now based in Burleigh Heads, Shanelle enjoys gym sessions, social outings, and getting back into surfing. A devoted animal lover, she also volunteers as a dog walker and values the lifestyle balance that comes from staying active and connected to her community.
