Although he primarily focuses on residential sales, Paul is also highly competent in closing commercial and new project deals, consistently achieving outstanding results in all sectors.

Paul prides himself on exceeding client expectations as he continually sets new property price benchmarks. Vendors value his passionate and determined approach to achieving a premium result, while buyers appreciate his ethical and honest nature.

As a qualified auctioneer with a long track record of success selling properties under the hammer, Paul offers a valuable point of difference. Over the course of a campaign, he works to form an intimate understanding of potential buyers, allowing him to extract their premium bids on auction day.

Notably, Paul was awarded the highest honour at his previous agency in recognition of not only his performance, but his involvement in charitable causes and the support and mentorship he provided fellow agents.

Previously, Paul also managed a chain of retail stores and a labour hire company employing upwards of 200 employees, where he developed strong people and negotiation skills that he now applies to real estate.

Hailing from Melbourne, since moving to Queensland Paul has developed a strong Gold Coast network in particular in the Broadbeach Waters area. Immersed in the local community, he is involved with Broadbeach Cats AFL club as a coach of his 8 year old son, Kurrawa SLSC, Bodyfit Miami and Anytime Fitness Miami.

Outside of work Paul can be found spending time with his family, training at the local gym, watching sport, traveling, camping, bike riding or other outdoor activities
