Construction at NAVINI is progressing well and is now in its final stages. Favourable more traditional Gold Coast weather for this time of year has allowed for significant advancements on the building’s exterior, with scaffolding almost entirely removed to reveal the facade. Work is also underway on the main entry, Foyer with boundary fencing, and landscaping to commence in the next few weeks.
Internally, the majority of major works have been finalised, showcasing a high standard of finish as can be seen in the attached photos. Custom joinery, including kitchen cabinetry, bathroom vanities, and built-in storage, is complete across all levels. This is complemented by the installation of stone benchtops throughout and Microcement Finish to Rangehood and Loungeroom Feature Cabinetry.
Timber flooring, Ovens, cooktops, and rangehoods have been installed up to level 7, and the fitting of bathroom fixtures, shower screens, and main ensuite baths is now 90% complete.
The focus for July and August will be on applying the final touches required to complete the building. This next phase includes works to the Balcony Barbecue areas final touch-up painting, and the installation of Carpets. Externally, the last of the scaffolding will be removed, work will be finalised on the western-facing balconies, which includes tiling, installing air-conditioning screens, Ground Floor Community Pool Area, Exterior Fencing and Gardens.
The updated schedule from the builder, now anticipates Practical Completion by mid-to-late September 2025. We are proceeding with the necessary administrative work (such as Plan Sealing and Title Registration) to align with this timeline and are still targeting settlement for late September. Pre-settlement inspections are tentatively scheduled for late August, and a confirmed timeframe will be provided shortly. You will be notified the day the title is registered, with settlement two weeks after that date. As many of you are probably keen to move into NAVINI you can request an earlier settlement after you are Notified of title and we will do our best to accommodate the request.
