He was joined by fellow agent Troy Dowker who ranked at No.52 in the Top 100 list, achieving an overall sales volume of $268,400,388 across 61 settlements with an average sale price of $4,400,006.

These placings follow the release of the REB’s statewide list of Top 50 agents where Michael ranked No.2, with Troy at No.10 and fellow agents Jamie Harrison and Rob Lamb also ranked at No.30 and No.37, respectively. Jamie posted $176,477,000 across 37 sales for an average $4,769,649 and Rob had 36 sales achieving a total volume of $132,241,600 at an average $3,673,378.

Now in its fifth year, the REB Top 100 National and Top 50 QLD lists acknowledge those agents who are setting the benchmark for excellence among their peers based on a dedication to customer service and strong sales numbers in their local markets.

The rankings are determined using a range of metrics, including number of properties sold, total dollar volume of properties sold, average sale value, number of support staff and years in the industry.

Nationally, the Top 100 agents transacted $25.82 billion-worth of property – a 15.3 per cent lift on the previous year’s results. The average sales price nationwide lifted $100,000 to $2,410,580, and the number of settled properties rose from 111 to 117.

In Queensland, the Top 100 agents settled $7.3 billion-worth of property – a 37.8 per cent lift on the previous year’s results. Similarly, 4,976 properties transacted, representing a rise of 28 per cent. The average sales price statewide lifted from $2,250,000 to $2,450,000, and the number of settled properties rose by a minimal 110 to 116.

Michael says he is honoured to be named among the country and the state’s top agents and is extremely proud of fellow sales agents Troy, Jamie, and Rob for their notable achievements.

“These accolades do not come by chance,” Michael says.

“They are a result of hard work, dedication and an unwavering commitment to customer service and I am extremely proud of Troy, Jamie and Rob, alongside everyone at Kollosche who show-up every day with determination to deliver this to our clients.”

Liam Garman, managing editor of real estate at Momentum Media, which produces the rankings for the REB, says: “Real estate professionals have delivered an outstanding year of performance, navigating a rising market with confidence, skill, and unwavering focus on client outcomes. The impressive increase in both sales volumes and values is a credit to the hard work, adaptability, and local expertise of agents across the state.

“This year’s rankings reflect the depth of talent within the industry and celebrates those who continue to raise the standard of excellence. The results exemplify what is possible in today’s competitive and fast-moving property landscape.”
